OK, I know I have been bad and haven't posted in a bit . . . sorry about that! But I have been painting . . . here is one that will be at C-ville Arts http://charlottesvillearts.com/ at my opening Friday April 1st (not fooling . . .) The show is called "Whites Wind Blown" and is a laundry line series. I am very much looking forward to it! This one is 24" x 36" oil on canvas SOLD

- Meg West
- Crozet, Virginia, United States
- Meg West went to Philadelphia College of Art, majored in Graphic Design, and minored in Painting. After working for several years as a graphic designer, in 2000, she started painting again full time. West paints as a localist, focusing her painting in Albemarle and surrounding Counties, as well as Skyline Drive and The Blue Ridge Parkway. Meg paints every day and enjoys the rhythm and momentum that comes with a steady flow of painting. The act of painting is what is important-enjoying the feeling of being connected to the environment, herself and the painting.
